Pinterest Inspiration: Stylish Window Surround Butler's Pantry

Originally a butler's pantry was once used as an overflow space for kitchen staff and yet today’s designers are shifting the concept to multipurpose rooms that make sense for modern living. Open-plan kitchens are currently more desired, simultaneously doubling-up as spaces in which to entertain, relax and even work in, the need for a practical room in which to store household goods is a must! What's on our pantry wish list? Desires for open shelving, tongue and groove on the walls and in essence, anything that makes the space look more utilitarian, with a free-standing appearance — incorporating a window surround. Also, having shallow shelves higher up is good idea, otherwise things get lost or buried behind each other. See below for our favorite Pinterest inspiration of window surround butler's pantries.
